In Singapore, the apps are Uber and Grab. This is to cater to the growing need to be at a place at a certain time. The public transport has been under scrutiny because of the breakdowns of the trains and the lack of the right trains for the people. It is also very expensive to have cars in Singapore. This is why there is a complain from the people who wished to be at the right place at the right time.
